A 200-year-old crumbling home in Linescio, Switzerland holds quite a big secret on the inside. -

Although the house appears to be in a state of disrepair, this notion is only a figment of the imagination. As it turns out, the house was recently renovated, and despite not being able to see it at first, the fact that it was only renovated on the inside paints a clearer picture. -

The house was remade by architect Buchner Bründler Architekten, who took on an entirely modern and minimalistic approach. -

While some say the inside has "no soul" and is "ruined" others say there was no way to preserve the 200 year old cottage in its original state. -
